As Head of Product Design at Cisco Meraki, Mary Piontkowski leads a user experience (UX) team of designers, researchers, and writers who bring a user-centered approach to product development, helping to drive simplified and more unified experiences for Cisco Networking customers. After more than 25 years of experience in creating incredible cross-channel experiences for some of the world’s top brands, Mary joined Cisco in 2020 to develop customer-centered product experiences that drive business impact and customer value. She also enjoys running in the hills of the Bay Area, baking delicate delights such as macarons, attempting to ace her mom job, and swaying to the beats of (insert any genre) of music.
